Yep about two weeks ago I started giving up the beer. Even with my spirituality I really loved the stuff. A couple months ago I gave up the weed completely and never looked back. Was like my left nut lol. Didn't mind a bit and still don't. Have never done any drugs really other than weed. Get enough from my dream time that I am reluctant to try DMT.

Kinda got a slight head ache today, don't normally get them. I kinda consider myself to be well.. Powerful I guess...
