Where are people ascending to?

So starting from the very center of your mortal body you ascend and descend at the same time. Rather ironic.  So I assume the energy will feel a tone or so different? Or is it a totally new feeling (when aforementioned channel is manifested)? You will know if / when you watch the video Selene posted and follow the instructions. Different people experience it differently, and I recommend a once daily dose of this energy for best effects.
