I've also felt the things you've mentioned to be true, but I waver on whether or not it is physically happening or the mere byproduct of psychological tricks. Of course, I have no doubt some degree of electronic monitoring is at work. Supposedly, once it is infected on a machine, it is completely impossible to remove.
