Yeahup. Debt. Thanks for pointing that out, James is one of the people who may be affected by this thread. From what I can see, the "James" dude on the thread, is a good fellow. But let's not let this thread make anyone feel pressure, it's meant to alleviate pressure, not to make any one person feel that they are somehow meant to do something. That's not my intent by pumpin this t'read, I want to speak to the specialness of everyone, by pumping the nobody concept of OP "13" aka birdie on a branch.

Well, here is the truth: Around the time of Jesus, the concept of jubilee (forgiveness of debt from the Pharaoh/King) was trashed. That's the truth.

Why the hell would you eliminate debt from Earth, when by nurturing it, and by trimmed the humans like bonsai plants that create debt-fruit of ignorance, the rich can live well. They can live as well as lemonade sip[pin master of slave circa 1857.

Imagine the dude, sippin lemonade, watching other men work, raping that man's wife at night, and thinking, "Yep, Supreme Court says my slaves are just like cordwood." In fact, I typically kill one of the slaves right upon arrival so they can all see the penalty for disobedience."

Oh well, this is a softer world now. No whippings in the public square, just evictions as entertainment. We've come a long way baby.

Debt has shackled Earth, and so let's ask a series of questions here: What does it mean to be meek, and to emulate the master who said the meek would "inherit" the Earth, yet who kicked the moneychangers out of the temple? How can we be meeklike, and how to we then inherit? And did Jesus feel a RIGHT to cleanse the temple? Did he lose control, or, was he showing them the specific place where meek people are obliged to act up? I think it's the latter, I think he was leaving an example which says "Since the meek are beloved and therefore own the temple, it is at the temple, where the meek are specifically allowed to act up in the name of righteous outrage" ...A fine example from the master: Keep the temple clean, act up, turn over the tables.

What I'm saying is that, Jesus knew that all the meek, went to the temple and paid for turtledoves, typically with shekels. He knew they all watched him in the temple, and when his fingers went to weaving a whip with which to beat the shecklmongers, he was doing exactly what the people should do, as well. Whip and drive out the shecklemongers.

So Jesus hates the sheklemongers because they increase the # of shekels, the devalue it, and they thereby make the TEMPLE ITSELF, a joke. Then, what do they do with that wealth? Well, we can see what happened to Jerusalem after Jesus, and the Babylon talmud was the child born from that sacrifice of the Jewish people, which Jesus had told them to flee.

So it's the convergence of temple and coin, which causes the King to enter and kick out the coins, but a bloodbath may still be in the offing.

IMO Jesus is fine with shaving the sheep, and having them give wool, but mutton and butchery are two wholly different concepts. A shorn sheep, is cute. A hacked up sheep, is a sacrifice, a meal. One can produce years and years of socks and sweaters and blankets, and the other can feed you for one day. This is all very simple, the solutions are at your fingertipes.
