I think Ovomit will go down in history as the WORST POTUS...if there is still a USA left after him. Quoting: weegieAgreed, Obama is the worst. I'm sure 97% of those "historians" VOTED for Obama, who in my opinion is a FRAUD anyway, and not really the President. |

Lurker User ID: 928894 France 07/03/2010 01:47 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | As far as I'm concerned, the jury is still out -- since it is reasonable to hold back judgement at this early stage of a Presidency. But ... never in my lifetime, have I seen a President who has had so many complicated and serious issues to deal with at the same time. I'm just glad that he's not in a padded room somewhere, drugged and drooling -- because that would be an expected response to what he has to deal with everyday. Just a few examples: 1. Economic collapse -- that occurred in September, 2008, just a few months before he assumed office. 2. Trillion dollar debt -- which is because of two wars, one of which he spoke out against in 2003. 3. North Korea -- the situation having deteriorated since the fall of 2002, when BushCo reniged on the agreements that were put in place over a number of years by the Clinton Administration. 4. Israel -- since October, 2001, right-wing hardliners have been in charge. 5. Russia -- who the hell knows what's really going on? 6. China -- which owns our ass. See Point 2. 7. Potential economic chaos in Europe. See Point 1. 8. Mexican border -- Drug Cartels, gangs, violence, brought about because of the actions of the Mexican government. 9. Gulf Oil Gusher -- an ongoing event beyond human technological capacity. Let's get this straight: 1.January, 2001 -- Budget surplus and eight years of Peace and Prosperity. 2. January, 2009 -- Debt, two wars, economic collapse, and a divided and angry nation. Give the man a fucking break if you have a soul. |
