Normal to me means,,something we have seen in the past. I've never seen this before! They always start off in the middle of the ocean somewhere, not right on land or on side of coast.

Although nothing is "normal" anymore...this is not common...Is it?

bumpI noticed this L95 - Area of disturbance that started off the west coast of Florida!!! Then I see today that there is another one entering the Gulf L96!
