(He was an engineer w/ an international company.) She said it was horrid, w/ young prostitutes EVERYWHERE (like hanging out on every street corner), smoking weed and drinking beer. The drug abuse (of ALL kinds, including heroin) is RAMPANT there. Someone from there just posted here on GLP, stating that he can't get a job (unemployed for 8 years), and that the prices were VERY high there. Look at WHO settled there, and it will explain a lot about their liberal wackiness. :) |

He lost his girlfriend and everything. He had nowhere to go and wanted to start elsewhere. He's been nothing but nice and the jobs there are easy to find and pay well (nothing like the U.S.). You can get equivalent to $20+ an hour there working in a factory where-as here its like $7-$12. Netherlands people are the nicest people ever. Europe has great standards, including their women I hear. That is my story, that is all, goodbye +1 on that one. Have many friends out there and some of the most amazing people! Some have even offered me the same thing above but was also stable were I was. |
