If the Earth did spin on its axis that spinning would work against gravity and there would be an unbalancing of pressure points through-out the sphere, meaning, because the Equator spins faster there would be less pressure there then at the True North. This would cause a continuous DOMINO of seismic activity through-out the Globe.

The values of gravity in the poles and in the Ecuator are indeed different. But I don't remember how much less is in the poles. So it is spinning because that difference that is caused because only there is centrifugue in Ecuator.

First, there is the variation of gravity with latitude that you alluded to: you weigh about 0.5% more at the poles than on the equator...
