Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 937827 Australia 07/05/2010 09:13 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | no. that is the definition of racist, disliking a whole nationality because you have targeted a group of them you don't like, you assume they are all that way. it's ignorant. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1025776i'd say 70% - 80% of the ones i deal with have pretty much the same attitude |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1025776Wrong. That's nationalism not racism. If people say they hate Brits then they are talking about the cultural/political identity of a group of people living on the Island of Britain - that includes people of many different ethnic origins. Racism is a dislike of people from a different race - white, black, yellow etc. It has nothing to do with national borders. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 439297 United States 07/05/2010 09:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | it's possible to make true statements and have them simply be truth, such as the truthful statement 'blacks commit more crimes as a percentage of the population then whites' or '25% of this nation's millionaires are jews, even though they make up 2% of the population' these are 'forbidden facts' that the masters don't want you to know. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 439297 United States 07/05/2010 09:22 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'd say a better word would be 'culturalist'... I don't like the 'ghetto' culture and have no wish to have it 'integrated' into american culture. America is becoming a cultural melting pot with an identity all it's own. It's all one big experiment in progress, basically being run by those who tell the masses what to think, in the media and hollywood. Nothing you can do to change that, best to adapt and move forward. Your old values of yesteryear are meaningless. Live and let live, seek not to try to change people to your belief system, seek only to give people the freedom to find their own way. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 937827i'd say 70% - 80% of the ones i deal with have pretty much the same attitude If you 'hate' three quarters of them without having met them, that is merely Prejudice, not really racism, technically. You can say you are prejudiced if you like. |

Sorry OP, it sounds like we are the ones with the problem. You are going to have to still work with them, and I encourage you to dislike each of them on an individual basis for whatever qualities they may have. I don't think it is fair to apply that to everyone, and you are only hurting yourself if you meet someone new thinking they are going to be like others you have met. If you can develop a close enough relationship where you can speak freely, perhaps you can gain perspective. You are probably going to have to play their game though, whatever they do that pisses you off, give it right back to them x2. When you have their respect, tell them how you want to be treated. |

All squares are rectangles, but all rectangles are not squares. All people are humans, but not all humans are HUMANE Some != All :D **Note: The expression != means "Does not equal". ** Last Edited by Khim on 07/05/2010 11:33 PM |

FUCKING ASPERGERS! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1004514Someone please post another reply. Don't fret :) I completely understand. When I enter a conversation with other people, all I have to do is start counting to 10 in my mind as I'm speaking and sure as shit...right before I get to 10 you can see their eyes start glazing over with that "huh?" look. |
