name a state that could get along without federal money?

Just where, exactly do you think that the Fed Gov. gets the money? (we know they print it as needed/wanted) but they rely on the TAXPAYERS to service the debt. There is no way that you can give a bureaucracy money, let them siphon off admin. fees and get back more..
