I've been studying merkaba meditation for 10 years.....ask me anything.

How do the experiences and energy differ from other types of meditation?

It's tough to say really, the speeds that you are moving at in your merkaba are incredible(speed of light and beyond). Kind of a constant state of awe just recycling back and forth between you and creation. The trick I think is the more you can ALLOW those speeds to happen within your being the more profound and comfortable things get.

So to say the energy is different then another meditation doesnt seem quite right. More like the POTENTIAL energy is there which is where the shock comes in for me. The other trick is just learning how to use that much energy in the most beneficial way for yourself, but also for other life.

Has this ever enabled you to speak with non-physical entities? I've read this happens with merkaba meditation.

Withoiut a doubt! One of the more interesting things I've come across...something I kinda have in the back of my mind that pops up. Anyway, dunno if youve ever heard Terence Mckenna talk about concious evolution and language? If not be sure to check youtube.

The reason I mention it is that, it's interesting to me as your go through the meditation and learn how to vibrate or move at a higher speed, ALL of your faculties tend to take on new dimensions of their own, sorting of seeing with new eyes and hearing with new ears, very exciting on a person al level, kinda of like being a kid and learning everything all over.

To answer your question, yes. When you are moving that quickly and changes are being made within your being, you start to exist at two levels of reality. Because you burn so bright, it's very easy for high dimensional beings to see you and communicate with you. I've also found I have a greatly increased affinity for communication with plants animals and inanimate objects(interesting stuff there:)

I wonder though if you burn so bright you don't also attract the attention of lower dimensional beings as well. I asked about this because it was a major part of Toy's We Are Not Alone and the major tools within that work are creating Merkabah frequencies, etc.

I watched a series of videos back in the 90's called the flower of life workshop(13 tapes i think) but a friend failed to back them up and now they are unusable, i can't find the series anywhere on the internet, have you seen these videos or any idea where i could find them.

Your out there for all to see. Thing is, in a fully functioning balanced merkaba, there is no greater protection:) The fields are so powerful, they just dont allow negative energy to flourish. There are adept dark ones though. As commonplace as some guy scamming people on tv to some sort of adept energy vampire etc. But you know when your dealing with one of those and it's more like you know your going to win, and you know your strong enough to deal with it, it just takes longer and is annoying.

On a side note, it's interesting when your fields are perfectly balance male and female energies, you create your own magnetic field around your body. So say the earth goes through a pole shift, you come out on the other side like nothin happened with your memories intact. The earths magnetic field is where we store our memories and during a shift that field goes nil. So anyone who does survive does so with no memories. But a merkabas electro magnetic field preserve those. Woot!

Interesting. I suppose that would work the same with bypassing the influence of other planet's malevolent energies as well.

What about time travel? Not objectively of course but I imagine there is a subjective time element on another etheric level which is accessible.

There is a guy in Az. named Drunvalo Melchizadek. He's responsible for I guess the first fully recognized international merkaba school. Anyway, when he first started, he made those tapes and handed them out. But he found that they didn't work bc people had to many questions and no way of getting them answered.

So he trained teachers to teach others and started his school in Az. The tapes are no longer available, but I think I might have heard a rumor that that may change sometime very soon. So, check out www.floweroflife.org and drunvalo.net every so often. And also check out ebay. And lastly, he released a couple books that are available in any bookstore or online and they lay out everyhing in the videos in detail along with the instructions for the meditation. Those are called "The ancient secrets of the flower of life" vol 1 and 2.

Is it true that the merkaba field around your body stretches for 55ft.?

i did meditation off and on for years.


It promotes a sane lifestyle, but in and of itself doesnt address the root problem.

The root problem is one of the Heart.

It took me 3 months to get it and then one day I felt an urge and I listened and did the merkaba meditation from the text that Drunvalo had put out on the Internet. It wasn't complete but I did things to make it complete.
Then I had the most amazing experience and it is the only meditation that truly worked and it was truly amazing.

After that, I have never done it again cause I have been there, done that and it was time for me to go on with life.

but I must say, I did try many meditations but this one was the only one that worked for me.

Can you see auruas? Like in people? If yes, what does it tell you about the person by looking at the auras?

Also, what do you consider life to be, and how is everything connected?

How does the universe, god, talk to us? Is anthying really random, or does everything have some sort of meaning, that is meant to lead us, and how do be become conscious of His influence in our lives.

Do you get helicopters around when you do the merkaba meditation? I went to the workshop in April and I met a lady who had taken the class years before but she had stopped doing it and wanted a refresher. She said she would get helicopters flying around her house when she did it, just like Drunvalo.

I started doing it, but then I had a problem with severe headaches that lasted 2 months. I finally tried MMS and that worked. So now I'm ready to start again but I have to get out my notes and review it to make sure I get it all right.

I've found some "merkaba" meditations and I found them so mathematical and technical that my brain started dribbling out of my ears and my eyes flopped around somewhere on my cheeks.

I can do math at about a 4th grade level.

So, I have been quite interested in it, but is there a "merkaba for morons" meditation?!

Did you study with Gary Smith? He's saying he's the *only* one who knows the true Merkaba Meditation.

I did a weekend workshop with him oh, 13 years ago now. He says those teachings are no longer true.

It is true, once you have your fields spinning it is easier to sense the 55 feet of space.

Merkaba meditation is an energy field that is electromagnetic in nature and responds to thoughts and feelings. There are thousands of different types, but the main thing is that it is geometric shapes spinning around your body just below at or beyond the speed of light.

It's tough to explain, but it's kind of like your are more in tune with your own energy fields so you can sense other energy fields easily. I find that I shift my visual awereness more easily. But yes it's very easy to see auras. And by the intensity you can intuitively guage different things about the person, say, diet, relationships, past emotional experiences etc.

How does god talk to us...seems that were always in state of communication with god, it's up to us where we steer the conversation.

I don't get the feeling that things are random, and now that I think about it maybe more like a function of free will.

The best way to make the connection is to work with breathing and prana. Prana is the energy of creation and when you learn how it works and how to use it, its easy to feel the love in creation.

No helicopters yet, but it's interesting. I've found that you can mask your fields...so if you want to hide your fields or presence, just a thought away.

Ya, I guess when you first start, it's a really good idea to drink lots of water to help flush your system. When your fields start to activate after being out of order for so long, all the junk in your system gets thrown out and can effect your body strangely, so lots and lots of water. There is a good article at www.merkaba.net on how to energize and clean your water. Easy and cheap. Lemme know if there is anything else I can help with as you go along I know it can be a bit bewildering as you get goin.

I've actually studied quite a few.

I started with the basic version available online and had great experiences.

Then wanted to see how the other schools differed so tried Gary smiths basic version. I enjoyed the more advanced nature of this version and moved on to the other levels including healing techniques.

Gary revises his meditations often and I can't keep up financially so, I stopped at a version I learned a few years back that feels very comfortable. I still practice the healing techniques and offer them free no healing to big or small:) Just lemme know.

I have studied Gary's meditation but never met him. I've taken maybe 5 workshops connected to his organization. I'm not sure I can really comment on the nature of the meditation and what's right or wrong or if one version is better then another. I can say I'm happy with the version I learned from him though.

I can tell you what my understanding is though. The reason those teachings arent true is that as the energies on earth increase and change, different geometric configurations are more relevant or beneficial to increasing concious development on earth before the shift. So after the shift another merkaba may float your boat a little better. My take anyway.

Someone asked about time travel. I find myself at a place of "no time" a lot. So, I can see past present and future but also the potentials of each and creation always brings me back to this place of "no time". I get the feeling that the understanding and the feeling of no time is essential to working with time travel because your need that emotional anchor as a reference point.
