So u sit there picturing some maharic seal or something and what happens exactly?

I tried meditation and I had to focus on my breathing to stop my mind thinking " ure sitting in darkness waiting for what exactly?"

People rap on about counciousness expanding sessions but to me its how I imagine death, boring and dull

The mediations is actually fairly technical. Generally there are about 20 or so steps broken into 3 parts.

The first part is designed to clean your electrical system.

The second is to establish circular pranic breathing.

The last is to actually "activate" your merkaba.

For each step you have to do 4 things. Hold a mudra, visualize certaain geometries, move your eyes in certain patterns, breathe in a certain way and finally hold the feeling of love in your heart the whole time.

For myself, I hear over and over how people have a tough time meditating bc, they either get distracted or dont quite know what to expect or what they are trying to do. I had this problem also, and I found that the technical nature combined with the love of the meditation helped engage me enough to where I wanted to spend more time doing it and learning more.

I'm not adverse to splashing some cash on the right one, I tried that hemi-sync which cost a bomb and I couldn't get that to work.

I hear you are supposed to make your own with your own instructions but that would just put me off, a nice calming female voice will do hehe

There is quote, wish I could remember who said it. It goes..."God has a purpose for all on earth, it may be small and insignificant, but it is very important that you do it.

This always comes to mind when I see this question. For myself, I find purpose in following my heart always seems to show the way np.

2.Alien freak syndrome?

I guess it comes down to do you believe that aliens have
influenced human history and genes? I for one do. Intuitively this seems to be true. But again, such a huge
subject, it's really just an intuitive thing.
Jung had an interesting take on aliens. He said that human
conciousness has become so amazing and strange that human conciousness uses the idea of aliens as an archtype to slowly accustom humans to how fucking weird we are!

3.ex blues:(

Karma, either negative or positive. That keeps us stuck in certain situations, until it is resolved and we can move on.
This can be super taxing, but it has to be done. I notice a lot of times we don't even realize the karmic situation were in...If your interested, there is a fantastic karma cutting meditation at www.merkaba.org. Can't speak highly enough, worth every penny.

4.Strange energy sensations and pinpointing exactly what they are.

I've only heard of a few cases of spontaneous kundalini awakening and they are accounts of tremendous challenge and pain unless you have some sort training to deal with it, so I would say that it is probably not kundalini, but that's not to say it's not your body gently reminding you about your next step in spiritual progress, which very well could be that. The merkaba does a great job of making that awakening(kundalini) safe and enjoyable

5.y cant i visualize or astral travel.
If those are natural abilities, I would say our present circumstance has pretty well killed any natural pyschic abilites we may have had. No wonder you find it challening.
It takes some spiritual adepts many years to cultivate those abilities. Don't get turned off! Work through it, these abilities are your birthright! On the other hand there is a theory that says that we sometimes turn off our natural abilities before we enter a lifetime because we may have misused powers in the past, if that's the case, just get it touch with your higher self and see what's going on:) It may be as easy as asking for those abilities to be release to you. Again, merkaba is invaluable here.

6. Higher purpose

See post 1. But also, the idea that we are becoming co creators here, that is our lesson on earth, at least for a lot of us. So we learn our lessons in this life and when we hit the higher dimensions we have all the tools we need to be a creator infused with divine love and intelligence.

7. past life retreival.

There is an idea that says, before we enter into a lifetime, we put ourselves into a type of amnesia, so we don't remember certain things while we are doing our work on earth either so we are more effecient or so we don't get sidetracked and forget what we were doing!

Merkaba sounds like a good meditation, not heard of it before. I've tried concentrating on the breathing and emptying the mind or watching the flow of thoughts as they arise. Merkaba sounds hard from the descriptions here, but I do wonder what to do next?

It's not a very difficult meditation, but involved, in that way I kind of liken it to a really good book, where you sort of get enthralled and the challenges are actually good learning experiences. About visualizing all the shapes, it's a common issue where people report they cant quite "see" the shapes around them. This is counterproductive, don't strive to see everything perfectly,
try more to intuit where they are naturally.

Since i was little I can make a certain noise with my ears, its more like a vibration that only I can hear. I have experienced many strange things in my life, feeling myself in a different place, having the kind of sense that I'm somewhere else at the same time I'm here...
Sometimes I hear a vibration in my ear, that looks like the one I can do, but different... more complete perhaps...

Not sure if you've heard of ayahuasca, but the last times i've drunk it, I did this vibration with my ear and I had a life-changing experience. Also, the last time I drunk it (1 week ago) I had a crazy experience aswell, first for some reason I started making positions with my hands and breathing in some unusual ways, after I got inside the trip I saw the two sides of my body, represented by black and white (and some other strange undefined things).

One day later I found out about merkaba, many things in my life have been leading me to this. I could talk more about surprising events in my life... But anyways, would you know something about this ear vibration? Is this concept of the opposites sides of the body related to merkaba? Can you please define merkaba exactly? And does it have relation to king solomon?

1.Ear vibration.

I can only speak intuitively, but I think your body is gettin accustomed to knew vibrations and there is a certain amount of retuning of the body, that's what the ear sensations seem like.

2.Dual sides of the body is very closely related, so closely, I could probably write a book...but to sum it up.
Most of the mediation is balancing of the female and male parts of your body, your right brain being female and your left brain being male.

3.Mer ka ba=Light spirit body in ancient egyptian.

It is a counter rotating field of light around your body that responds to your thoughts and emotions creating a "vehicle" for you to travel the many different dimensions of creation.

4. Sorry! I don't know a lot about solomon, but I should I think, quite a few mysteries that seem would be better off in the light.

what does someone-elses full on merkaba look like in the higher dimensions? if you were to describe it in physical terms, could it appear as a sun or star? I had a lucid dream where I think I stumbled into a meeting between several star beings... crazy shit...

Well I been seen sibols inside dreams and someone in that dream tells me each one represents each peace of the merkuba and the location that are berried what does that mean ??

Additionally, just because he's "studied" it, doesn't mean that he's "experienced" it. Don't let the blind lead you into something you have no clue of what you're doing.

Secondly...be careful with the "lightworker" thing. You're basically saying, "I'm a luciferian who would LOVE to cultivate "power," for the purposes of "manifestation," ----and helping others.

I think you have your priorities mixed up...because helping OTHERS should already be the primary role on your list. Not MANIFESTATION. -Another word for manifestation would be "conjure."
