ABSTRACT
Blogs represent an important new arena for knowledge discovery in open source intelligence gathering. Bloggers are a vast network of human (and sometimes non-human) information sources monitoring important local and global events,and other blogs, for items of interest upon which they comment. Increasingly, issues erupt from the blog world and into the real world. In order to monitor blogging about important events, we must develop models and metrics that represent blogs correctly. The structure of blogs requires new techniques for evaluating such metrics as the relevance, specificity, credibility and timeliness of blog entries. Techniques that have been developed for standard information retrieval purposes (e.g. Google's PageRank) are suboptimal when applied to blogs because of their high degree of exophoricity,quotation, brevity, and rapidity of update. In this paper, we offer new metrics related for blog entry relevance,specificity, timeliness and credibility that we are implementing in a blog search and analysis tool for international blogs. This tools utilizes new blog-specific metrics and techniques for extracting the necessary information from blog entries automatically, using some shallow natural language processing techniques supported by background knowledge captured in domain-specific ontologies.

The federal government is launching a wide-reaching cyber-security initiative that will monitor the internet for attacks on government agencies and private firms, like utilities companies, deemed crucial to national security. Cyber attacks are a very real concern, but the program, dubbed "Perfect Citizen," will be run by the super-secretive National Security Agency and the contractor setting up the program, Raytheon, said in a leaked email: "Perfect Citizen is Big Brother." Is this a good idea?

Better cyber security helps us all: "Perfect Citizen" sounds "damn scary," says Casey Chan in Gizmodo, but the truth is that many of the aging computer systems we all rely on "could maybe use a big brother." And if it helps other U.S. companies, like Google, avoid costly security breaches, this could even be considered "charitable by our government" — as long as the feds don't "extend a peek into unimportant ol' me," of course.
"'Perfect Citizen'... will protect companies by monitoring them"

Beware intrusive mission creep: The government's purportedly "benign intentions" could easily "warp over time to surveillance for ideological and political purposes," says Jim Harper at the Cato Institute. Sadly, it's unlikely that the "utterly supine" Congress will help guard against that. Meanwhile, the NSA's pointless secrecy will weaken the program by denying it testing by private-sector and academic experts.
"'Perfect Citizen': Congress' perfect failure"

The name? "Oh brother"! The hush-hush aspect does make this "fairly innocuous public-private partnership" fodder for "alarmists" and conspiracy theorists, says Marc Ambinder in The Atlantic. But so does the government's insistence on using "Orwellian" names "like 'Carnivore,' 'Total Information Awareness,' and now 'Perfect Citizen'." We need this kind of program, but what's wrong with a "meaningless" moniker like "'brown desk' or 'door hinge'?"

Is it Big Brother or just friendly help? The National Security Agency launches a plan to monitor private cyber networks, looking for unusual activity that might be a cyber attack. The project is called Perfect Citizen, according to the Wall Street Journal. Federal cyber experts have been worried about attacks on networks that control critical infrastructure such as the electrical grid and nuclear power plants. The NSA surveillance would use sensors embedded in certain networks. According to the Journal, NSA has tapped Raytheon for a $100 million classified contract to get Perfect Citizen underway.

3. Plaintiff’s records will show communications are intercepted, manipulated, tampered with, stored, (data mining), harassed, and impeded. Plaintiff will provide numerous emails hijacked, fabricated, UNREAD, manipulated, deleted, including facsimile, and internet manipulations, since 2007. Plaintiff’s numerous impeded electronic communications with all her service providers were debilitating to her work and she had no resolve available from providers who were not able to correct or detect the situations. This includes manufactured emails, phone calls, and government employee’s unwitting involvement. In 2008, Plaintiff was also accused legally of false communications during her service with Qwest, by using wiretapped calls and disconnects to create false records with her utilities company, including defamation to her character. (Kay Griggs, Military wife; whistle blow case on tampered communication CHAOS and automobile impediments not to testify).

Abstract
Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a position remote from a subject whereby electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject's brain waves. The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified. The demodulated waveform is then displayed for visual viewing and routed to a computer for further processing and analysis. The demodulated waveform also can be used to produce a compensating signal which is transmitted back to the brain to effect a desired change in electrical activity therein.

take one blimp - ridgify the canopy by eneveloping a hydrogenous gel that FREEZES at altitude - you can morph the hsape of your blimp with hydraulics - then it will freeze and you have a frozen rigid canopy zeppelin balloon or blimp - simple and 100% safe - these things can travel the world at 60 km altitude without coming down for a refuel and can travel at any velocity you want.

The last I heard thoughts never brought down a Jet Fighter, unless the new UAV technology is now controlled by Telepathy.

usaf does have lots in the budget for blackbag / psych warfare type shit actually ... nyt or somebody big once did a piece on their secret squadrons and occult-related insignias.... then about after half a year all names, mentionings, and virtually all images were scrubbed from the net... just my observations... no need for a no-knock entry. i'm a real meanie so don't even think about it boys.

This site has ties to military intelligence. Look at where the site owner lives, in proximity to a major airbase... and plenty of evidence connecting it all together out there for those who do their due diligence.

I don't really give a shit if they log what I say... in fact I hope they are listening very closely to the gist of it. I want to think the intelligence agencies are on the American people's side, but it seems pretty clear they are not. I hope I waste plenty of their time if they feel a need to watch me.

The federal government is launching a wide-reaching cyber-security initiative that will monitor the internet for attacks on government agencies and private firms, like utilities companies, deemed crucial to national security. Cyber attacks are a very real concern, but the program, dubbed "Perfect Citizen," will be run by the super-secretive National Security Agency and the contractor setting up the program, Raytheon, said in a leaked email: "Perfect Citizen is Big Brother." Is this a good idea?

Better cyber security helps us all: "Perfect Citizen" sounds "damn scary," says Casey Chan in Gizmodo, but the truth is that many of the aging computer systems we all rely on "could maybe use a big brother." And if it helps other U.S. companies, like Google, avoid costly security breaches, this could even be considered "charitable by our government" — as long as the feds don't "extend a peek into unimportant ol' me," of course.
"'Perfect Citizen'... will protect companies by monitoring them"

Beware intrusive mission creep: The government's purportedly "benign intentions" could easily "warp over time to surveillance for ideological and political purposes," says Jim Harper at the Cato Institute. Sadly, it's unlikely that the "utterly supine" Congress will help guard against that. Meanwhile, the NSA's pointless secrecy will weaken the program by denying it testing by private-sector and academic experts.

The name? "Oh brother"! The hush-hush aspect does make this "fairly innocuous public-private partnership" fodder for "alarmists" and conspiracy theorists, says Marc Ambinder in The Atlantic. But so does the government's insistence on using "Orwellian" names "like 'Carnivore,' 'Total Information Awareness,' and now 'Perfect Citizen'." We need this kind of program, but what's wrong with a "meaningless" moniker like "'brown desk' or 'door hinge'?"

The U.S. Cyber Command, comprised of 1,000 hackers and spies, will assume command on Oct. 1, led by NSA director General Keith Alexander. The group's creation was announced in 2009, with the full support of President Obama.

I pray that you are in good health while you are reading this for many people are not. And while I do hold you responsible for the relatively recent decline in human health, as I human myself I am not qualified to judge you.

But I would like to ask you something which will require you to sit back and think outside the box which YOU have been placed. (And my what a small box that really is as you will hopefully see.)

In spite of the anger I have felt for all of you over the years, I also find myself feeling sorry for you as well. You see, I believe that there is the desire to do good in most everyone. And while I feel that your (assumed) positions of " power" has corrupted you, I still believe you have the best of intentions... even if only for yourselves. And there is the problem.

You have painted yourselves into a corner. You are currently in a lose lose situation. You have been led to believe that by selling your country downstream that you will be left in a position of "infinate and everlasting" power. And all you have to do is get rid of all those pesky middle class types to achieve this. But, you are being lied to yourselves and your own greed and lust for power prevents you from seeing it.
