I tried everything. Finally I tried SOD3, manganese, NAC, glutamine, SAMe. Tinnitus gone in a week. It is a blessed relief to not have the TV on to cover the ringing.

SOD3, manganese, NAC, glutamine, SAMe are antioxidants that work with the immune system to clean up bacteria and virus. I think I has a staph infection in my ear. The medicine the doctor prescribed cleared it up on my skin but not my ear. Anyway it works on the skin too.
