I've heard this before from the committees of public safety. It seems that a lot of them have this, dream, I guess it what you would call it.
When it gets right down to it, many of our men will go the other way, raping innocent women and children. When they are given free rein to commit acts that they would normally be arrested for and humiliated by, many will act violently knowing that they will not have to pay for it here in earth.
