How many jackals have you seen in the continental U.S.?

Coyote, coy/dog or mangy dog, but no jackals.

I am continually amazed at people who would shoot first and ask questions later, 'Oooh, its UGLY, let's SHOOT it!' or 'I don't know what that varmint is, lets kill it!'.

Just like that farmer in South America who supposedly trapped what looked like a young reptilian. He ended up drowning it after a struggle.
