I am happy to know that you are finding some alleviation for your unhappiness, if only a little bit of light and love,- to have much is to be much blessed. And so we are. I do not hesitate to fight, my friend... I know what I am here for, but we must choose our battles. I wait, because I must. My purpose is not my own invention, and at this time, my 'final purpose,' if you will, is not known to me. It is not necessary that it should be so (maybe even for the best), even though I believed that I should know it, in order to work it out. That is not true. I walk... and with every step that I take, I am assured that I am accomplishing that purpose, whether or not I can see the end of it all. I know what the end of it all is, so I do not much worry that I can work outside of it. You see? How do I know that the next person that I meet may not be the next step along my path of purpose? I don't... How do I know that I am not the next step on their path of purpose? I don't... I just walk, and thank 'God' for fortuitous meetings and safe passing until I reach home. In that spirit, then, I say, 'Hello...' That is really all I know... it is enough for me, for now.  |
