Hmmm... now where have I heard that, just lately? What are you trying to say exactly? In which particular way do you suggest that whoever-she-may-be apply this advice at this time? Not denying that she might use some help, here and there...

Well, I can also say 'thank you' tonight for the timely appearance of a mutual friend; I hope this day finds you well, where you are. I know that you are also caring for another friend, who can't be here just now... thank you. Life is... funny, wouldn't you have to say? I pray for relief; for all of us.

Do you remember this one...? He does love his garden,- and 'God' does love a gardener. Maybe this will bring us luck... or a little bit of peace...

The thanks goes to you. Things are well here and hope it is the same for you. Going to put on the kettle and bake some bread.

Some things can be very distressing, can't they?

Yes, indeed I do remember that song. And yes, life can be funny, but "wherever two or more are gathered in His name..."

You be well too, Sweetie. It's going to work out.

So...

No callouts...just love...from the perspective of TLC...

But...

There are those who's dignity and Grace are beyond my capacity to eloqute a salient response.

Will a greatful nod suffice and perhaps I may use a hanky or a hundred to dry this river which has sprouted from two tributaries abouts my forehead...

There are many, there are few...but all...to a child, to a woman, to a man, heard the sound of a baby crying...

Not a dry eye in the house...not a soul to perish...not a treasured memorie uncherished...

May I bow...

Is Love.

Please, hold a place for a Dance...

And Although I promised no tears, no Callouts...

To the two Ladies who have held my bones....

"Jolly Good Job"

and to "Absent Friends"

"We Hold"

"Sisters of the Southern cross...

Hold me Gently, hold me tight..."

"I forget the rest"

.......and THAT, is how it works...

What I mean to say, without having totally dishonored myself publicly, is that I don't sing very well... given that knowledge, I might expect that you would prefer to sing alone. You look to call love, and I would say that I can't even call the cows in without an armload of feed. You see...?

Good to hear from you, Flaming Sword.

Dean Koontz wrote words to the effect of.... In the real world, as in dreams, things are seldom what they seem.

Those words can be applied to so much. Maybe Spoogeelf even fits that category. Maybe Spoogeelf wishes good things for you?

Not for me to say, but it's been my experience that compassion and love can heal much pain. Good baked bread can do the same thing. Some baking in the oven now. Can you smell it?

The kettle is on. Cuppa and two, waiting for you with a slice of bread dripping with fresh butter.

You know the thing about the book is this... do you know what it is that I have done with myself in this lifetime? I know I told Flaming Sword; I was an editor, of all things. You know what editors do with books? All kinds of books... sometimes nothing is sacred in the hands of an editor, eh? My favorite thing to do is revise someone else's writing... yep.

I've SEEN your book, and it could use some serious rewriting... I think I must be your man, after all. The muse may be quite busy; what I wouldn't like to change...

Hello, friend... you do like your little word-twists, don't you? Dark sentences, indeed... It was amusing, though, wasn't it? Well, wild horses notwithstanding, I thought my last post was worth a little bump, don't you?

bump

Do you have any further gems of alliteration that you'd like to grace me with before I get to work? I can't promise you that I'll be able to work with your suggestions, as I have so many of my own ideas to implement... You'll be pleasantly surprised, I think. You'll also be gratified to know that I am paying great attention to the details of syntax and grammar. ;)
