Why are Mexicans in Mexico so violent compared to the Mexicans in America?

In the DC area--sanctuary-ville--every week the tv news has stories of Juan or Ramon stabbing someone, or involved in a drive-by, 8 separate mexican gangs in what used to be a frm town, Gaithersburg MD, or Jose gets busted for fucking his 7 year old neice, or a drunk mexican drives his car across the center line and kills an innocent oncoming driver--so don't say there isn't violent crime by sneaked-in mooch mexicans.
Even worse, they piss in the parking lots where they gather to be day-labor for corner-cutting cutrate scofflaw "contractors" who won't pay a living wage to American laborers.

It's the drug cartels, not the average Mexicans. If we let drug gangs have their way in the U.S. then we would certainly have the same problems here.

I blame Mexico's politicians for not having the political will to take down the drug cartels and I blame American drug consumption for giving them such a lucrative market to make money in.
