As I stated, "I suspect". The fact is I don't know but I do believe my position is reasonable.

I do not believe the current bore has the integrity required to continue its' use. It is fractured and has partial blocks in it as a result. This by the way is best case scenario as far as an explanation as to why the pressure is so slow to build. Killing the bore above the fracture while producing from the same below the fracture is perhaps the only way BP will avoid going under.

The "relief wells" are within mere feet of the bore. To turn them now again is not reasonable to assume.

At any rate, I suppose we will find out eventually and until then we are simply putting forth our theories. I hold mine as reasonable but certainly not a fact.

Yes, the spill may finally be over. BUT it is not because the Illuminati wanted it to be over. This BLOWOUT was CREATED on HITLER's Birthday. It was not meant to stop, but to injure the entire globe so badly that the Nazis would be able to take over.

If you actually read the reports, their intent is to open it into a pipeline that can fill up ships with it in hopes that this will further release the pressure.

They have no intention of opening it and just letting it flow back into the Gulf again.

I think it is important to distinguish the difference between BPs' Management and some of the folks that serve in the technical nature of the field.

In my opinion, Management at the Executive level, has acted in a criminal manner and should be brought up on criminal charges. We know of a minimum of 11 human beings that died as a result of the greed we have seen. To go against the technical concerns in an attempt to save money is inexcusable. It is a criminal act that has resulted in death and destruction on a wide scale.

We know of those who enter peoples property with the intent to steal. The guy walking into a liquor store with a gun and robs the owner does so for maybe the drugs he is hooked on. He needs money to get the drugs, and folks have died and crooks been tried as a result. Graveyards and Prisons are full of them. It still boils down to being willing to risk the lives and welfare of others to selfishly fill a "need". The dope fiend for his fix of drugs, and the Corporate Pig for for his fix of power and wealth.

On the other hand, the fact remains we need the top minds in the field working on this to form a technical solution which will bring about a halt to an ever growing disaster. Face it, without them we are toast.

Let's hope and pray their Management listens to them this time.

Our Government should relieve BPs Management from any further say in the matter. Have them sit down and shut up. Take over under Eminent Domain and draft into our service as a matter of National Security those with the knowledge to deal with this matter. Remove the gags from their mouths and come clean and let them explain what we face and what the prognosis is. Be Open and honest. Anything short of that and we are clearly at a point where we are being taxed without proper representation.

The people can drive this if they care to. While it is true The Government has The Military, those in The Military have families.

Lot's of folks bicker back and forth here and I do understand the frustration. But the fact is, we need US and undivided we are a force that cannot be stopped.

Unless any of you can produce video or photographic timestamped evidence that there's other cracks in the seafloor, holes, leaks, etc. related to this well - then stuff a sock in your pie hole because at this point it's nothing but wild unfounded speculation.

Sure there are cracks in the seafloor and oil leaks from them EVERYWHERE all over the earth, just like oil comes up on dry land when under pressure to do so.

The fact here is the capped the unrelenting flow of oil and gas, and for those of us who live nearby it's pretty damn great news. Now I'm sorry for those of you who think everything is a lie, a scam, a false flag, or a trick, but you need to grow up. This is good news and I am 1000% onboard with ICE to say this is good.

Today Matt Simmons, one of the largest investment bankers in the energy industry appeared on Bloomberg. The chairman of Simmons & Co. INTL went on to explain that there is much more to the oil leak than the news has been reporting. Last Sunday, NOAA confirmed reports of a second fissure about 5-7 miles from the original. This new fissure appears to be releasing a plume the size of Delaware and Maryland combined! He went on to state that “the plume from the riser is minor thing… the best estimate is about 120,000 barrels of oil per day”.

MOBILE, Alabama - More than a week has passed since Alabama's beaches have seen significant oil, and despite warnings along the Gulf Coast, some swimmers are taking their chances.

News Five collected samples of water and sand from Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Katrina Key and Dauphin Island. To our eyes, the samples appeared normal, until we took them to a local lab to be tested.

Water and sand along Alabama's coast should contain no more than five parts per million of oil or petroleum, according to Bob Naman, an analytical chemist. But, the samples we collected tested much higher.

From 16 ppm to 221 ppm, our results are concerning. Even more disturbing is what happened to a sample collected from the Dauphin Island Marina near oil containment boom.
