Microsoft is 'rushing' (finally) a fix for the .lnk vulnerability on Monday. For those of you who poo-poo'ed the problem, check your systems. Looks like Sality has pwned over 100,000 machines so far using .lnk, is yours one of them?

I advocate a switch to Debian

But if you want to use Windows, that's fine in my book too. Just keep on top of the issues and stop littering the internet with your unwitting spam bots.

For crying out loud, just look to see if the little light on your dsl/cable modem that indicates traffic is blinking when it shouldn't be.
