Rockets are ancient technology. The funding is going to the Black Projects with Scramjets/Pulsejet/Anti-Gravity. Why waste Billions on a debunked Project not going anywhere when NASA is steadily showing off the Grey Projects into the Public eye.

Seems like they know something but aren't telling us.

Remember in the disaster movies they always build some huge craft to save people when the world is going to be destroyed..my guess is they have been made aware of an asteroid or comet coming too close to Earth for comfort and want a giant rocket to maybe try and divert it from its path.
Just a thought, but could be a very real one.
We all know astronomers have been told to keep their mouths shut if they find an E.L.E. space rock, maybe they just found one.

The urgency of this new massive rocket is not natural for the U.S. we don't normally do things like this in a short period of time unless it is absolutely necessary.

The ARES V? I don't think NASA has the capabilities to be producing Multi-Stage rockets larger than the Saturn V, especially in Production with its current (public) financial state. The ARES I hasn't got far past its post-flight either since mid-2009.

wormwood or planet x is getting closer and that would be prevalent to build a space rocket to jettison off into space, dont know if it will be demolished on its way out because knowing a alien technology like the annuki our asses will be handed to us and we cannot put the gun out and shoot before they say a word.
