Maybe it's time WE THE PEOPLE bring a class action lawsuit against every single department and cop! It's time the LAW is set in stone for these freaking thugs to follow, and if they can't follow it, then they are imprisoned for abuse of their position and abuse of citizens!
Since when is it legal for an EMPLOYEE to beat, tazer, shoot, and kill their EMPLOYER??!!
