How to protect against Microwave beam weapons?

microwave energy cannot penetrate concrete.

Its special kind of Microwave weapons....Its pulsed waves...it can penetrate concert

what kind of metal alloy would protect against the effect of such weapons?

any kind of electrically conductive metal that is earth grounded.

it is my understanding that microwave weapons have to be in pretty close proximity to you in order to harm you, even if the beam is focused and condensed so the further you can get away from it, the less damage it will do... that is if you are not in too much pain to run away...

Paint the inside of your house with lead-based paint....oh, wait...that's illegal...

the effects of these weapons at low intensity is severe abdominal pain......you feel nauseous.

None of the meds would really help.......

So there must be something against it folks? what is it?

I have read other things that say getting out of populated areas to more wilderness areas, the woods, caves... but not very practical is it.

If you're looking for a "safe room", just put tight mesh aluminum screen (like insect screen for doors/windows) all along the floor, walls, ceiling, and door. Make sure all sections are connected to make an EMP-proof room. Ground the whole assembly to an earth ground outside via a wire.
If you think this won't work, take a battery radio inside the finished room and shut the door. You won't receive ANY radio signals.
Remember, this must be the smallest mesh you can find. Microwave lengths are very small. The radio wavelength of services like Directv or Dish (microwave frequencies) are on the order of a teardrop in size. That is why rain affects the signal so much.

Just for future reference, the "mesh screen" method would also work against the military "pain trucks" you have seen on 60 Minutes and deployed only (so far...) in the Middle East. Just make a light wood frame large enough to shield your front and sides, staple the smallest screen mesh you can find all along the front/sides of the frame. Should act as a shield against the microwave energy yet allow you to see to the front and side of your location. Just make sure your feet don't get exposed.

The best way is a Faraday shield! A metal box 'ideally' since we don't know the diameter of the inbound waves. The interior of this sealed (metal against metal), cage or box is to be lined with a non conducting material like rubber, to prevent any energy transfers to what is inside due to its possible contact with the box itself. The box should be well grounded with a cable sufficient to carry the energy load. A no. 8 or 6 gauge wire at least. Ground spike should be at least 4 feet to 8 feet deep. To further protect electrostatic sensitive equipment, a double metal boxing where the inner box is insulated against the outer and hardly any space (meal-insulator-metal) should be between the boxes. The ground wire is then attached to the outer box.

Yes, of course, when the power density for microwave radiation from cell towers, radar etc is high enough it WILL penetrate a concrete structure. This is easily seen via using a good microwave meter that measures high...like into 8 GHz. As for the concrete, use Yshield paint -- outside or inside -- and ground it. It has metal to repel as well as carbon (like people) to absorb the microwaves. Of course, windows need to be taken care of via special fabric drapes or a metal screen over all the windows.

I'd recommend withdrawing to beyond the range of the microwave weapon and then eliminating its operators.

These people who claim to be EMF sensitive, they sell them conductive garments. You need head protection though. Eyes are thermally fragile.
