Also keep in mind these were VERY deep EQs so even though they had high magnitude they apparently were not that desctructive for their size.

Are any of the threads on these major earthquakes going to get pinned? I don't think it is normal to have 3 X 7 magnitude earthquakes happen within one hour of each other. Seems inconsistant that threads about single 7 mag eqs (and even 6 mag eqs) can get pinned and then this major event doesn't. Media is barely covering it either. Makes it look even more suspicious. Like it is preferable that the masses do not know these quakes have happened.

Please can everyone bump this thread up to the top - it seems the mass media would prefer we don't know about these 3 major earthquakes. The fact that they happened within an hour of each other and their great depth (up to 614 km depth)is quite unusual. Other sites are debating the impact of those quakes at such a depth - that this could lead to other major quakes in a different region or to volcanic activity. Such magnitude at such a great depth (X 3!!!!) has to have an impact.
