I'm not surprised theres branches thoughout our solar system of a galactic federation but we have one here too and it's called,
NASA
what we dont know wont kill us but they do have people that are ET's working for them and people who communicate with them daily. It's not new news to me but why the secrecy? Why don't they just expose all of this?
