Meaning, Pentacles means the earth or the physical realm. Ace is the tarot are the beginning or start of something.

In the card a grey ( color of wisdom or Divine ) cloud a hand is coming forth offering you a pentacle. That pentacle meaning the start of something manifesting in the physical, this could a mean a relationship but in most cases in means a project or something along the lines of a career.

Yes, because he was successful manifested those things he was wanting..and has achieved them.

He needs to delegate those responablities to " lighten his load "..but that's something that can be done.

Ten is also the start of a new cycle, so he lightens his load and prepairs for something new.
