if you have a problem with your immune system behaving weirdly, as in attacking itself for no reason then try and get yourself bitten by an ant, bee or wasp or hornet.

Any one of those stinging insects. Dont go for a spider or mosquito because that wont work. And obviously if you have allergies then forget it.

But it can do a soft reset of the immune system, I know that sounds strange and dont know how it works but it can work.
