Well i didnt start fast yet still tryin to get health better lungs etc. I used to always take garlic oil pills but stop cuz of soy well i got some at walmart 1000 mg. Takin 1 every 6 to 12 hors & its killin & chasin worms out noticed black dead when blowin nose & coughin up yellow ones still waitin on med may be i wont need it. I am doin enema reg. Goin to go for professional colonic mybe this week
