Hi HTP... Thanks for your interest... Yes the readings show some imbalance now.. When I was taking 100 mcg tablet a night the balance seemed better... Unfortunately I have to stay with a 100mcg tablet one night and 150mcg the next for 6 weeks and then go in for another blood analysis...

I am feeling O.K --- but have five weeks to go on this new regime...

Its got to be the dosage --- I believe it is fairly complicated to get the right dosage...

I dont know why he changed it -- probably because he thought that the TSH reading of 5.65 was too high when it was tested on the 6th of September....

I did ask him what causes this Thyroid problem -- He said he didnt really know but that women get it 90% more than men
He said it is to do with the immune system attacking itself...
