The link between Fibromyalgia nad thyroid upsets was very interesting.

Also there was confirmation of many posts by informed people that soy is a no no.. artificial sweeteners are a no no ..low levels of T3 should be checked...drugs,illness,trauma,aging etc can block the conversion ofT4 to T3- HE RECOMMENDS therapeutic doses of desiccated thyroid hormone-

As i would be classed as an old ager was particularly interested when he claims that some researchers believe that the decrease in conversion of T4 TO T3 occurs more commonly in the elderly because of mineral deficiency , including selenium.....
