Just before I go off to help a friend setting up at a swap meet .. at 5.30 a.m - wanted to tell you that for a couple of days have only eaget fish with vegies and have had no aches and pains... Must have reduced the acid in body -- Diet has such a lot to do with how we feel..... Cheers
