Just the start I would say -- New Zealand has now had two quakes with in several months.
No deaths with last one - hundreds with this one..

There is a thread up - OP is from Switzrerland - Page 5 - He is calling for natural remedies for healing, from plants. Has the same idea as me - better start identifying natural medicines. One of the suggestions was Plantain - grows like a weed and has many meidicnal properties. The willow tree - the bark is a natural antibiotic apparently. So far not very scientific - but some good ideas...

Look I know this is a thread to try and discover alternative medicines if and when the BIG SYSTEM goes down....

There have been a lot of good ideas going up here -however all the artificial thyroid substances etc wont be of any use if the electrical system isnt there any more. I have always beleived St Germains statement that after the Earth Changes electricty as we know it will be null and void.

I also have a feeling that massive earth changes are just around the corner. This will disrupt big pharmacutical orgnizations.

I am going to stock up on the Pills - they do keep for ever and ever if kept at a low temperature - pretty hard to do in this awful hot country if the refrigeration doesnt work eh wot?

The disruption to services is what hit home...
People lining up for water holding buckets, bowls and other utensils. Big water tankers and old wells being reactivated seem at opposite ends of the pole but just consider if batteries - which are electrically polarised also, as well as electricity that pumps the water were inoperable. which St Germain says is going to happen when the magnetic poles flip.then you do have a problem .Old wells might save the DAY.... If you live in a city it is problemstic,AFTER ALL THE BOTTLE WATER HAS BEEN SWEPT FROM THE SHELVES HOW DO YOU GET YOUR WATER. Better get your head around that NOW.

What was very interesting to me was how a fellow found a clear spring and seemed to be able to tap it. New Zealand with its mountains of course would seem to be more conducive to springs... There are some around Perth and the aboriginals know where they are. But would they share this knowledge??

Another post that is off topic but not much action so ....

1st March - we in Perth West Australia have been suffering through an awful heat-wave. Days were hovering around the 35,36,38, 39 Celsius temperature .. Nights not going below 21 etc. (that would be in the farenheit scale - high 90.s) for weeks - But the HUMIDITY has been so high too. On the 1st March a tornado swept through out eastern suburbs - about 8 suburbs - ripping out huge trees - taking off roofs sweeping away the electrics... About 50,000 homes without electricity. Just the strangest weather !!! On top of that the heat, humidity and easterly winds from the desert have affected my eyes badly....They are infected again - and have to take drops twice a day.

I find it harder and harder to cope with the weather over here. Seriously thinking of moving. Would love to go back to Canada.

I like the winter and the snow and ice never gave me health problems....

Do you consider that weather has something do with bodily health?

What are your views on the connection between health and climate?

Had my three monthly checkup - re diabetes - and sugar levels are fine... I do not take pills for this - purely diet controlled....However the nurse found that my blood pressure was quite high. Have found that my readings are high when in the Doctors office...!!!!

They put me on Micardis - one tablet a day - have to go back in a months time...
have just googled blood pressure to find causes. - for hypertension.
Salt -- obesity - lack of exercise - were some of the contributing factors....

With high blood pressure over an exended period of time you have to be concerned about hardening of the arteries.....

My sister - always boasts to me that her blood pressure is really good at all times. And I have to admit she is on the go constantly - A bit overweight but walks twice a week - does heaps of gardening and housework - is never still....so I guess there is a lot to be said for exercise....

Wiull have to try harder in that department.... I tend to be a reader and writer and thinker - never was a very physical person ..... Any thoughts on this topic????

Watching a U-tube yesterday on GLP and caught something interesting that was channelled by someone called Maxine.. It was supposedly a channelling from St Germain.???
He made a connection between the Adrenals and hormone disfunction... Tied it in with ego loss --- and ofcourse the strange changes taking place now in our bodies due to so many outside influences... Hmmm... food for thought!!

Was a reader of Louise Hayes many years ago - and found many of her findings did seem to gell with people I have known intimatelsy and what befell them body wise.

Just read a post by a fellow who is suffering from MS. (multiple sclerosis) He has found a cure for himslef and that is to not wear shoes as much as possible. Keep feet grounded on the earth and an electron charge from the earth travels up the body and sorts out pains and electrical blockages.. ... He is getting tingling back into his left hand which has been numb for eight years...

Very Interesting... The rubber soles of shoes keep us away from mother earth and her healing ability...

Worth a try! I would love to get some of the arthritic pain in feet and legs cleared up... Would have to watch out for prickles and other things that could cut or scratch but feet soles would harden after a while...

I am researching what is forecast for West Australia - Some envision the Indian plate affecting our state as it moves. causing tidal waves and inundation..It is these plate moves that you have to look at..

Thanks for your post -- Dried beef thyroid -- Armour - Yes someone else said if 'push came to shove' --- the thyroid of a cow (dehydrated) could be used - in an emergency -- This is what they used in the past.. I am sort of thinking - if we have to go back to living off the land, when big PHARMA and laboratories are not working - we will have to come up with some of these old remedies...

Actually it is IODIDE that is the elemental nutrient that the human body needs for health. We take the supplement POTASSIUM IODIDE which our bodies then metabolize into IODINE..

There are warnings on that thread to only take it when the radiation is on your doorstep - not weeks before - there is some danger of overdosing...

I take iodised salt -- every day - has small amount in it.

Imagine a mushroom icon up here dancing... Eating raw mushrooms - can help with radiation problems...Ones not grown in the dark...

This is cow thryoid, its dessicated. Its the old fashioned and works better than their artifical synthetic synthroid.

I have no hormone produced, 100% deficient and I am on dessicated.

There are natural things that help your thyroid, but if you have a real deficiency, you require the hormone. Its not a minor thing, its your metabolism, immune system and awareness even. I didn't read all 10 pages but i have started taking coconut oil daily for thyroid help. I have seen a slow but steady progression, do some research on it, maybe worth a try. Also as mentioned some kelp and cinnamon daily, i chew on the sticks during the day as my new vice lol. I have better bowel movements as well, that's always good lol.

Someone just wrote about OPRAH and how her Thyroid problems began when she went onto all soy products and adverstised Soy Milk as being the answer on one of her diets...I do think that Soy does suppress the thyroid from producing iodine but I dont think you can blame Soy for all maladies connected with the thyroid. I used Soy milk for a while instead of cows milk when it was the 'thing to do' but thyroid was fine in those days...

Now they are saying that radiation has been found in milk in the USA. Im wondering tho -- are the levels really high. How do we know - maybe radiation has been in our food for some time anyway due to all the radiation it is subjected to from processing systems. Even the sun gives off nuclear radiation .... Wife is just reading, to say the Thyroid works every 17 minutes to kill cells in the blood, that need to be eliminated. Try Acidophilus, which is healthy bacteria to add to your gut to replace the bad with elimination.
