Why so many people are surprised that this comes from Barry and the WH?! I'm not.

So you can:

1. DEFAULT and run for the hills (giving up your website or presence and losing all paid advertising.)

2. PAY the money and go to court with no guarantee of winning or even solving the problem (since, for example, Obongo has sued THREE TIMES so far, to stop ALL oil drilling in the Gulf)

3. Crawl to these vermin and make a settlement OFFER and see what they WILL take, in lieu of the above. (And since they WIN BIG and shut you up in both of the above scenarios, don't hold your breath!)

And don't forget,.....if you WIN by some chance, they will simply APPEAL up to and including the US Supreme Court...all without even a legitimate REASON to have sued you in the first place!
