Let´s say the border with Mexico is wide open...

Maybe what we don´t know is that it is VERY heavily covered by sensors and satellites and it may be our way of luring the terrorists into a trap and that they are allowed to get here and they are allowed to gathered their munitions and then no word is ever spoken about it to keep the trap alive.
