Different bone structure? Define.
I think he means the face shape of SOME people in some areas of Europe. People from all areas of Europe are not as prevelant in the USA as people from other areas.
The USA has people from all over Europe, but there are higher concentrations of certain people.
Ie, Britan, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Germany, Jews (both kinds) Greece, etc...
Not so many from Bosnia, Albainia, etc...
