No this was supposed to happen just today.

This country is not a participant in the ICC at the Hague. They do not have jurisdiction to haul anybody in this country anywhere.

President Bush is running the HAARP from his laptop in his bedroom in Houston (Houston we do not have a problem). He is keeping the hurricanes out of the Gulf until they are sure the leak is capped. So no hauling has (or will) occur.
He is the only person who knows how to do this, except for Dan Quale.

Obama is a sitting president and as such cannot and will not be "hauled" anywhere.

So, nope.

President Bush was taught how to do this by one of the now dead scientists, and other than Dan Quale he refuses to teach anyone else how to control the weather with the HAARP.
