Mexico and Obammy Need to Read the Fine Print of Judge's Just Published Decision | |

All three are lawyers. One is retired judge. They have now read the fine print and footnotes of the federal judge's ruling on the AZ immigration law. She struck down the provision that a LEO MUST check the status of a suspected illegal, but in a footnote, still allows LEOs to, at their discretion, check status. This is a major victory for us, because it gives LEOs the opportunity, under law, to hold a suspect for violation of federal immigration law, until their status, legal or otherwise is verified by the feds. It's the LEOs call to check or not.... and I bet a large percentage will so check. Like we always said, (regarding what liberals think is a victory in this case) the big print givith, the little print taketh away.     |

She did take teeth out of the bill. She actually ruled against the constitutional amendment, written in the 40's that a "naturalized citizen" must carry his naturalization papers at all times. I didn't agree with the provision in the bill that people can be held for up to 20 days while checking on their status. This is a small victory; at the same time this will go to the 9th circuit court and be torn apart. The dems are just sealing the nails in their coffin. |

It give the Policeman in the patrol car the ability to use his own judgement. One of the ways the Liberals have removed A LOT of our freedoms is by forcing patrolmen to be micro-managed. Installing dash cams, forcing them to call in to a supervisor to check what they must do--like robots of the Liberlas on a string. Things were much MUCH better when the patrolman could simply apply the law how he deemed fit in the situation to keep the public safe from lawbreakers. Maybe if this becomes a national trend we will see less 8 year olds being arrested for bringing toy GI Joe knifes to school or simply drawing a picture of the gun. This seems like Hope&Change that will work (even though Obammy had nothing to do with it though). |

Americans can not afford the population explosion of every sweet soul south of the border. Look at California - the sanctuary state! They are running out of water, hospitals and going bankrupt pronto! Liberals lying about the judge's decision to make Obammy look good are going to set up a lot of illegals who think the Mexican government "won" and they are allowed to invade America without consequence in Arizona! HA.fuck_offing is not all it's cracked up to be. |

I agree, and since Michigan by law gave a 10 year 100% racial tax break to all Arabs (that is why there are so many in Dearborn MI.), maybe Arizona will pass a 10% 200% income tax and 200% tax on all owned assets for Liberals. What is that DNA indicator that can identify most of them, i forget. Anyway, it can be done. In fact it can be made retroactive 10 years and the money distributed to non-Liberals as reparations. |
