What's your story?

I saw a ghost when I was about 9 yrs old. I was on vacation with my parents at Reelfoot Lake TN. We stayed in a cabin. As soon as I got there I made friends with another little girl. Her parents said she could spend the night in our cabin and she and I slept on the sleeper-sofa in the living room. We were awake in the dark, talking, and I looked over and saw a man standing in the room. Then he just disappeared. Just disappeared-one second I saw him and then suddenly he wasn't there! I didn't even feel scared. The other girl said, Did you just see a man? I said yes. Since she said something before I did, I figure I really saw him for sure. We didn't just imagine it. Funny thing is we didn't make a big deal out of it. I don't remember if I even said anything to my parents, but I have never forgotten it all my life. I don't know why we weren't more afraid, but he was just there for a second and it seemed like he didn't mean to hurt us or anything.

That is a pretty cool story.

having just pulled out of the driveway and gotten on our way to grandmother's house,what appeared to be a kangaroo hopped across the street in front of our car, turning to look at us halfway through.

we don't talk about it much.

Once I was eating handfuls of special K cereal when an old friend of mine threw a pen at me. The pen landed in between my right index and middle finger sticking out like a cigarette while I was forking a handful of cereal info my mouth.

It's so hard to explain, but it was brilliant. The exact mathematics of that throw boggle my mind.

About 12 years ago, my family and I took a vacation out to Portland Oregon. On our way back, we stopped at a gas station around Sturgis, South Dakota.

I went inside the gas station with my two brothers and my dad to get some snacks. I started peeking at the girly magazines, when all of a sudden, a hysterical woman burst through the doors.

She was shrieking, hollering, that she'd been followed for miles by a man in a white car. She screamed for the cops, over and over again. Closely behind her, a middle aged looking man came in, and flashed a badge. The middle aged man was an FBI Special Agent.

He told her that she fit the description of someone who had been kidnapped in Wyoming. The woman didn't believe the agent, she kept on screaming and moaning. The woman's mother came in, got very angry and called the FBI guy "a homo." They got in a spat, and the clerk behind the counter had had enough, he called the cops.

Despite the commotion, we paid for our snacks and left the store. As we were getting into our car, the local cops pulled up. As we pulled away, the hysterical woman ran out to them, and started screaming and bitching about the FBI guy. I don't know what happened after that, as we were quickly down the highway, never to return to that place.

I've had a life full of synchronicity.

One story goes;

I was working in print shop in a coastal town in my 20's. I had my own office and rarely came up to the front of the shop where the customers would enter.

But as fortune would have it one day, I had to send a fax to a client of mine. The fax machine was located up front in a converted closet by the cash register, so that we could offer fax service for customers if they needed it.

I went up to the front, looking down at the fax I was about to send to double check the cover letter making sure it was all good information. I kept my nose buried in the paper and dialed the number and stood there with my back turned against the counter to babysit the fax as it went through and to verify it was sent and received.

I then gathered up my papers and returned back to my office, without looking up as if I made eye contact with any of the customers waiting in line, surely they would stop me to ring them up or some other task, which I was too busy to get involved in at the moment as it was a very deadline oriented job where every minute counted.

So I hustled back to my office and sat back down at my array of work computers.

A minute later a guy I used to work with came up and knocked on my doorframe, as I didn't have a door, leaned his head in and said "Hey someone at the counter asked for you by name, said he thought he saw you up front a minute ago and I told him I'd come get you."

So I thought ok, a client of mine had seen me and come to talk with me about a job. I got up and headed out front.

I was stunned to see the face of a long time friend of mine standing there at the counter with a huge smile on his face as he greeted me.

This guy, was an old friend from when I lived in another city hundreds of miles away from where I was currently. We hung out together and met through mutual friends and as fate would have it, ended up working together at a print shop up there. We were fast friends, he was as into UFO's and conspiracy and such as I was, even more so, even back then. Had some incredible close encounter stories that would make you roll your eyes after awhile because you thought he was just full of it. But a great guy nonetheless, would give the shirt off his back for you.

Anyway, he quit the old job we had and left for England to go travel a bit. Last I had talked to him was several years before and he had got a job as a mechanic for awhile then went to work for a paper there. I lost contact with him, and eventually moved myself, to be by the coast where I was at the time.

So there he was. He had come in to my shop to apply for work as he had just moved to the area with his girlfriend, since her father was ill and they both moved in with him to take care of him.

He was applying right at the very counter I just happened to walk to send the fax earlier. The counter I never was at, and very rarely visited. Our paths crossed again at that very moment in time, in a town where neither of us knew that the other would have been.

I ended up getting him a job where I worked and it was like old times again, a good friend.

I've more like that, many more but that's alot of words.

I flip my car seven times without a seatbelt on, woke up with the car on its side and I was literally floating in the seated position while the car was on its side. I wasnt holding onto a single thing, just woke up and said what the fuck. gently when to the ground.

Here is one that happened to my brothers- one had a business meeting with this man who then got on a plane and flew 800 miles away. The guy got to the city, rented a car, and got lost so he stopped at a fire station he was passing by to ask for directions.
He walked up to this fireman ( my other brother), saw his name tag, and said you don't happen to be related to (my other brother's name and city)?. My brother said, yep, I'm his brother.
This guy was totally amazed. " He said I just left a meeting with your brother, he was the last person I saw and then I came 800 miles and you are the first person I've talked to here. I wouldn't have even run into you if I hadn't got lost and stopped for directions !"
He was even more amazed by it than my two brothers. My brother who did business with him said this guy told that story to everybody.

Is that true?

The guy who picked up the bomb in this story is my mothers brother in law. He was the chairman of the board of Aquinas institute of theology in stlouis. His name is John Gillis.
The head of the FBI office investigating the case is named John Gillies. Jack White from the band the white stripes real name is John Gillis. It was said in an interview that he maintains a keen interest in such figures as St Thomas Aquinas and St Augustine, along with the Pillar Saints. I just realized i was watching Pillars of the Earth on netflix for the first time last night and really enjoyed it.
There are some more really big "coincidences" involved with this to. I can see the building it happened in outside my bedroom window. I have had many synchronicities in my life that are way to obvious to be just coincidence.
