Hey U.City- I like your posts a lot. I just want to say, no offense, that you might want to protect your privacy better on here. Most people on glp are nice but you never know who is going to be reading stuff here. There have been some real nut jobs post on here. You may not want to be mentioning names or giving away exactly where you live. Millions of people can read your posts. Plus, I am familiar with how St. Louis is a big 'small town' where everybody knows everybody especially with that Catholic-connection thing going on. (first question a St. Louisan asks- where'ja go to high school?)LOL You can't be too careful online. Just saying...hope you don't mind some friendly advice from a typical mom. (answer: Webster)

My husband went to Thailand many years ago as a tourist. He saw a strange monk passing while he was visiting a sort of jungle, and took a photo of him.
When he was back home and developed the film, there was no monk in the photo. Just trees and grass.

When I was a kid, I was with my parents on a highway trip on bus. Suddenly, I saw with my imagination a car wreck, with a truck hitting a car then invading the opposite lane. I felt the urgency to look out of the window, and behind the bus I saw THE EXACT scene I figured by myself few second before. I couldn't believe my eyes... but that car/truck wreck was really happening.

Once I also saw an UFO. I was with an Heathrow control tower technician, so no doubt what it was. It was an UFO.

When I was about 18 I took LSD in Topanga Canyon. In the actual canyon.. way down .. a pond with big rocks and a stream. It was a long way down from the highway. I got really, really freaked out by this one guy who wanted to have sex with me. I left "to go pee" and kept going. My mind was telling me to get out and go home.. so I climbed out of the canyon in the pitch dark.
I was physically shaking and hallucinating and in great deep fear.

I found my car parked on the side of the road and drove home going about 15 mph. I took the Ventura Fwy and speeded up to about 35mph. I was completely zoned. I never got stopped by the cops & I was tripping hard all the way home.

When I got home I went in the fridge to eat the Thanksgiving turkey leftovers. I was starving. I took the tail of the turkey and the crispy skin on his hiney and went out on the back porch to eat. I scarfed like I have never scarfed before.

Checking my eyes - they were so dialated that I couldn't stop staring in the mirror. At my eyes.

I still think this was one of the many miracles that happened to me. That I didn't get popped by the cops or raped or killed.

Saw a green light light up the whole sky for about 3 seconds at night with my friend on his balcony facing north in miami. THought it was the nuclear power plant blowing and turned on the news but nothing. WHOLE SKY WAS GREEN.

Witnessed a military weather experiment in '94.....very powerful technology they have.
It lasted for approx. 5 hrs or so.
I had time to go and get some others who I needed to confirm it as it was so spectacular I thought I was hallucinating.
Turns out, I wasn't...it was very real and extremely large.

That green sky thing is a glitch in the Matrix.

I was a poor college kid and worked for a clothing store downtown part-time. Unfortunately, I did not have a car and had to ride the bus. So, here I was waiting for the bus after work, and this guy in a sports car pulled up and asked me out on a date because I was the cutest girl he had seen in town. I said thanks, I was flattered, but that I didn't date guys I didn't know. He said he was in town for a tennis tournament and was bored. I didn't follow tennis at all, but once I read the paper, I realized it was a very famous player who had asked me out. Bet he wasn't used to getting snubbed. LOL

One day I was walking down the street in broad daylight no overcast perfect blue sky and all of a sudden it seemed like the world would end because the sky turned dark gray and the street lights came on. Lasted for like 10 seconds and I REPEAT IT WAS NOT OVERCAST

Because after spying the filleting knife between the seats I wouldn't let go of the door handle and insisted he let me out at the blinking red light across the woods from our neighborhood. really weird thing was after I got out he called me back over and asked if I wanted head. being 14 back then I hadn't ever heard that term and said huh? He then asked if I wanted a blow job and I took off through the woods like the devil himself was after me.

can you give some more detail?

I was on my way to my usual haunt at the time after work and had to take a detour because there'd been a huge accident and the car was on fire - smoking like crazy.

I took the detour but also went to a spot where I could get a better look. As I'm gawking at the car this yuppie guy about ten years older than me at the time walked up to me, and asked me my height and what I weighed.

He looked kind of stressed out/upset so I told him. (normally I wouldn't). He thought for a second, then handed me this package - something soft in wrapping paper and ran off.

I went inside the cafe where I was to meet some friends and told them what happened and we unwrapped the gift. It was a dress from some mid-range store. It suited my friend more than me so I gave it to her.

We figure he had bought it for his girlfriend, had just got dumped and didn't want to return it.

I've plenty of other weird stories too, but that was definitely one of the odder ones because it was just so random.

Did you ever check the synchronicity of both watches for validation?

While asleep, in the astral, at the end, I went into a room that had a pool. I went into the pool and sat on the edge. I ducked my head under the water.

I then woke up in my bed spitting and coughing out a lot of water. I had to change PJ's and top sheet.


That's not the weirdest, though. Top three, maybe. It's just the easiest to tell.

Gawd picking one that is the weirdest is hard for me.

I would have to say when I was living on the street as a teen. I met this stange looking guy in a park and we started to talk and I told him how my father had disowned me for being transgendered. he took me to a friend of his that was a transsexual and I stayed with her till they tracked down my uncle and I lived with him until I when into the military ... The man in the park was Anton Lavey.

Nope pale baby blue and yea It didn't register till I saw him during the trial and told my friends that was the guy!

Geeze, dont make me blush. j/k

The theodor Bundy one is the weirdest except maybe this one..I posted on another thread earlier today.

My experience is unlike any others, that I’m aware of, and I appreciate the opportunity to share it with you. First a little background about me. I was raised a Catholic during my childhood but I stopped going to church in my early teens as I never felt that it was right for me. I am a very spiritual person though, who tries to do positive things more often than I can do negative things. I’ve always known that there is much more to life than this life I’m currently living. One late evening in September of 1998, I was in my garage, smoking a cigarette and flipping through the newspaper on the table in front of me, with my back to the open garage door behind me, when I felt what can only be described as a sense of imminent danger to me. This feeling was very real and literally made all my hairs stand on end. I’m a pretty intuitive individual that can usually tell if the situation I’m in is a danger or not but this was beyond intuitive as I knew I was in immediate danger. What happened next came as a complete and utter surprise to me as I wasn’t consciously aware of controlling it. It was as if I was just an observer watching through my eyes. Right after this feeling of dread came over me, I spun around from the table, faced the left side of the open garage door (as if something was going to come into the garage door opening from beyond the wall), lifted my right arm straight out with the palm facing out and said one word - BEGONE. When I said BEGONE, a beam of light shot from my forehead and expanded into a cone about 10 feet in diameter at about 15 feet away from me on the other side of the open garage door. I not only saw this cone of light but heard a whoosh sound and felt it drain me as it left. This whole thing happened very quickly, no more than 5 seconds at most, from the time I turned around to when it was over. After the beam left, my head exploded in stars and my legs started to buckle. My next conscious thought after feeling the dread, was knowing I was going to pass out and not wanting to hit my head on the concrete garage floor so I turned and grabbed the edge of the table behind me. I then dropped to my knees and slumped to the ground as I had been totally drained of energy. After rolling onto my back I laid there for about 5 minutes breathing very hard till I had enough energy to get my legs back under me and make it inside to the couch where I laid down. For the life of me, I couldn’t believe what just happened. I was shocked and speechless as it had came as a complete surprise. The thing that perplexed me the most was who was controlling me as I knew I wasn’t. That was the first and only time in my life when I felt my body wasn’t mine, that I had no control of it. Nothing is more personal than your body and mind, and watching from the inside just like a passenger on a ride, as it did its own thing was very overwhelming and unnerving. Since I knew it wasn’t me, it only left me with two other choices: my higher self or an outside influence. I tend to believe a higher power was watching over me and took control to save me. I was never aware of nor felt like some entity entered me. It was more like someone was pulling the puppet strings. It seems weird to me that I raised my arm and put my palm out, like when you do to stop someone, then said BEGONE. I wouldn’t have thought of that word. Maybe something else like stop, don’t come any closer, get away from me, etc. But not BEGONE. I knew of the word but it wasn’t in my vocabulary. When I said it, I said it very authoritatively, very deep and very distinctly. It didn’t actually sound like me. And this light, I know I have a higher self but this was beyond what I thought I was capable of. I know it came from me as I could feel it leave and take my energy with it. When it shot from my forehead, I was aware of how bright it was but at the same time it didn’t illuminate the inside of the garage nor illuminate the bushes on the other side of the alleyway. It stopped right past the wall of the garage door opening. I tend to believe it was a spiritual light. As to what I was being protected from, I have no idea. Although I sensed the danger, between the time I turned around, raised my arm and said BEGONE, I didn’t see anything beyond the garage door as it was very dark. When the cone of light shot out I still didn’t see anybody, anything or any entity it hit. I am stumped by this as I would have thought I would have seen something. I know something was there as I felt it. I also don’t think I would have had such a profound experience if something wasn’t there. Maybe a quick look like you normally do when you sense something but not a confrontation like this. Personally, I don’t believe in the devil and demons per se. I do believe people will make their own heaven or hell after this life by the choices they make. To me it’s more about positive/negative than good/evil. Since I’m very positive, I’d tend to believe whatever it was that caused this was very negative. I still have a lot more questions than answers about this experience of mine. I am just thankful that I was protected from something I’m sure I don’t want no part of. Whether it was me or someone else protecting me probably doesn’t matter in the bigger scheme of things. Just knowing I was protected is enough.

The first time I experienced sleep paralysis was pretty damn weird.

I was around sixteen, and woke in the middle of the night.
I used to sleep with the radio on and the Doors' Strange Days was playing.

My whole body felt electrified, tingling and I couldn't move. I tried to yell to my mother to come help but the only sound I could make was a sort of quiet grunt.

Felt really freaked out but decided to stop trying to fight it and fell back asleep.

I was walking about 10 miles and he went by, then a couple minutes later came back. made 3 passes on the road behind me before he stopped and offered me a ride. Stupid me got in even though I knew better. I was watched over that day. Just so happens it was the day after Christmas too.

I'll try to make a long story short..

Driving on I-80 in the Sierra Mountains from Reno to the bay area-

Car breaks down, I pull off the off-ramp ( I don't know why I did that I just did )-

I've got my Saturday night clothes on..cell phone won't work in the mountains-

Nobody stops-

After about an hour, a car pulls off the off-ramp and they look at me, and their window is half-way down and one of them says " Let's get his money "..then they drive off down the road, if they would have went the other direction, that would have put them right back on the freeway. -

I have no gun and the cell phone wont work-

I am not going to let them rob me, or worse-

I take off..( in my mind )towards the greenbelt, in the opposite direction they went in-

Suddenly everything is quiet, I mean REAL quiet. I am walking and in the distance, I see a house with the light on. I start heading towards that house. I can see people in there. And there is also a metal wire fence. I keep looking for the opening to this fence, but I can't find it. I think of jumping the fence, but they might think I am a burglar so I don't. So, I keep walking looking for the gate to their fence.

And after about 20 minutes of walking, it hits me, I AM NOT GETTING ANY CLOSER TO THE HOUSE. And it also dawned on me " how come I can't hear the freeway noise ".

I stopped walking, then turned around, and I was only a few feet from my car! Now I can hear the freeway noise!

Just as I walk towards the off-ramp to flag someone down, a tow-truck driver see me. As the tow-truck pulls up to my car, the car with the dudes that wanted to rob me passes both of us and gets back on the freeway.

I am stunned because when I was walking I saw a house in the distance, bordered by a fence. BUT NONE OF THAT WAS THERE! I was also walking into almost darkness, yet the freeway off-ramp area was well lit.

As for the greenbelt, that was fenced off. And, I didn't climb over ANY fence.

I think I wen't into another dimension or another place in reality. Like the twlight zone. I am serious!

I, once, accidentally a Fleshlight. I mean I really the whole thing!

One night after work, a former boyfriend I hadn't seen in a year dropped in and we visited awhile and made plans to see each other again.
Then just a little bit later that same evening, another guy I'd dated and been pretty crazy about from that same time frame also just dropped in. He'd moved out of town and was back here on business. I spent the night with him, and he left the next day,and I dated the earlier guy for another couple years after that.

One night, after my ex-girlfriend got off of work, I dropped by to visit her for a while. We haven't seen each other for a year or so, before that. We decided to hang out again. But I have this really weird feeling like later that night some other guy was at her house. I can smell him on her, every time I'm with her.

Extremely weird! I'll be thinking about this one for a long time.
