Re: ENKI SUMERIAN TABLET TRANSLATION
This is (supposedly) a translations of 800 ancient scrolls from different areas, many of which share the same accounts. The person doing the translations and putting things together is Zeckaria Stitchin. These translations are in his book "the lost book of enki"
I personally found it pretty interesting. Even if you don't believe any of thing actually happened it's still a good read.

Sitchin has already been widely discredited by the scientific community.

AC 934690 ... AND, so was Columbus, Robert Fulton, Galaleo, etc. BY ALL those with CLOSED minds and LIMITED ability where history is concerned, ESPECIALLY when it conflicted with THEIR BELEIFS, to which they cling, desperatly !

MOST, like yourself, are TOO frightened that THEIR learned facts from just such skeptics, may be challenged, and found WANTING !

Not because it is wrong But because his interpretation doesn't match theirs.

They are both probably wrong about most of it.

The truth is all translations are highly speculative.
We just do not know enough about the Sumerian culture and it is unlikely we ever will.
Like all language, much of it is based on cultural metaphors and to understand it we need to know the context they spoke from.

For example:
If you tell someone that that couple is in a 'Romeo and Juliette situation'. Everyone who is familiar with that story would understand your meaning. Someone who has never been exposed to the story would never be able to figure out what you are saying.

This is the position we find ourselves in when trying to understand any long dead culture. Without an actual representative to explain the reference or context all interpretations are highly speculative and based our culture.

Would that be the same scientific community that is so tightly wound and controlled that anyone that stays from the accepted 'group think', gets nothing published and receives no funding from the GOVERNMENT or other NGO's?

Re: ENKI SUMERIAN TABLET TRANSLATION
The same "scientific" community which discredited Pluto being a Planet?

The same ones who are saying all is normal on Earth and we should get back to our offices and businesses?

Yeah I know them.
