Anonymous Coward User ID: 1053212 Colombia 08/02/2010 06:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I don't have any of these memories of people dying that didn't that you all have. I do remember several cases where there was a report or news item that someone had died, but then the next day it was corrected, because it had been reported in error. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1005543If there is an error in a news report, that is not the same thing as a timeline shift. I hope you can understand that. Good point which is important not to forget, of course. Astronomers believe the Milky Way is moving at approximately 630 km per second relative to the local co-moving frame of reference that moves with the Hubble flow. If the Galaxy is moving at 600 km/s, Earth travels 51.84 million km per day, or more than 18.9 billion km per year, about 4.5 times its closest distance from Pluto. So if galaxies have been moving away from each other since the Big Bang, would that not also affect time? Speed and space affect time. I'm just throwing this out there. |

I'm the poster boy for it, but I don't care if nobody believes me anymore because I'm done with it. We create our own realities, our own futures. I think the last big jump was 2007. If I jumped into a parallel time line where Stan Lee and Billy Graham are still alive, then it's a better one that the one I was in. Slightly better anyways. If I told you I spent three years in a time where Hillary was President, and we were all out at war in the Mid East, starting with Iran, and the economy here was even worse than it is now, well? You wouldn't believe me. But it doesn't matter because I know the truth. I spent three years there! I don't know what happened or how it happened but one day I woke up, and everything was different, and I guess I was supposed to chalk it up to it all being a dream. A dream that lasted for three years, where I rose up every morning, read the newspaper, went to work, etc. I don't believe it was just a dream, but I have no proof, because the proof is back in that other time line. I'm still trying to adjust, after 3 years later. I search for these threads for answers. I may not find any that make a lot of sense to me, but it's good to know that I am not the only one. |

For what it's worth I believe you. I haven't had anything that drastic happen to me, but I have expierence some things.. mostly small. For example, when I was in college, my job was about 30 miles away... I ran late... I was late before i left school. Yet, I got to work ontime. There is a place on Hwy 84 (i think, it's either 84 or 98.. or both) headed into Adams Co. Mississippi, where you go under a overpass... and I swear there is a temporal disturbance there. Most people can't tell the difference... but for some reason I know it's there... kinda odd. To the non believers: Time is not the straight line we have all been taught it is. For one, it's all relative to where you are in the universe... the measure of an hour on Earth, would not be the same as the measure of an hour on Mars... Our physics are flawed seriously... All of our "laws" are governed by the constant that is conditions and observations from earth... that can not be and explain things that are beyond the rock we live on... time being one of them. That being said, if time is on a line as it is... it just forks off here and there which lets it being a straight line out... why can't you move back and forth on that line? |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 380667He is dead. No he's not. His wife is. I predict that when he does die it will be on an illuminati number type day. I remember him dying shortly after she died. Within months. I remember the death tributes, the comments that they couldn't live without each other. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1053059People need to get their memories tested. Stupid to you, not to those who remember otherwise. Just like ufos/aliens seem "stupid" to those who've not experienced them. Not to those who have. There's a great gulf of experience between a judgement of "stupidity" and a knowing of reality. |

I think the black military has had a huge interest in them, especially the big ones. |

Though I saw Billy Graham's funeral on TV with a bunch of ex-presidents attending and them talking about him being the "spiritual advisor" to them all. Earnest Borgnine, thought for certain heard that in the "80s, but don't know what shows he was on?? Red Skelton died twice. I don't get it either. But, I know that it is a phenomenon or else there wouldn't be so many people with the same recollections. |

Both my son and I remember him already being dead. It was a really big deal. Earnest Borgnine, thought for certain heard that in the "80s, but don't know what shows he was on?? Is he alive again? Gilligan's Island, along with a pile of character parts in movies. Red Skelton died twice. Isn't he still dead - or not? I don't get it either. Airwolf, and yes, I very very very specifically remember hearing of his death because of remembering that show. Jack Palance really is dead, look it up. Jim Nabors- this is what convinced me of this way weird topic. I remember conversing with grandma about what a lovely voice he had and how sad it was he was dead. I remembering Billy Graham dying specifically. I agree OP, this is for reals. My own life has taken a drastic twilight zone twist itself. You wouldn't believe me if I told you. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1044347You might be thinking of Jack Kirby, who died in 1994. Interestingly, in a comics blog just recently, the blogger complained that in the new Captain America movie, Stan Lee is credited with creating Captain America, rather than the credit going to Joe Simon and Jack Kirby. The blogger, Jeff Overturf, then wrote "With Joe Simon and Jack Kirby both departed from this mortal coil, Stan gets dibs on whatever he wants. He did after-all have a part in Captain America's revival in the 1960's...oh wait...Jack Kirby did a lot of that too." [link to jeffoverturf.blogspot.com] However, someone wrote in to point out that Joe Simon is still alive: [link to jeffoverturf.blogspot.com] I'll have to admit that like Overturf, I too was thinking that Simon had died. However, upon reflection, it may be because he was trying to get the rights to Captain America back from Marvel while Jerry Siegel was trying to get the rights to Superman back from DC. (Due to a quirk in copyright law they both had a chance within a narrow timeframe.) Siegel died before he could succeed. Simon, obviously, didn't succeed either, and I was assuming it was because he had died like Siegel. Apparently he didn't succeed in regaining ownership of Captain America for some other reason. |
