I'm a Rams fan. I know they have no chance. They will be lucky to win 5 games.

But I still think they will be better than the Seahags, and the Leinhart led Cardinals.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Dolphins yet.

I'm a 9er fan and you being a Rams fan have to hate them. We being 9ers have to hate Dallas though.

The raiders will surprise some people this yr. Hopefully the chargers falter and they have a shot at winning the west. Screw the queefs^

As for a prediction it will be Ravens vs Jets and Packers vs Cowboys I suppose. Hard to go against new orleans and the mighty Favre tho.

No one knows for sure. He hasn't shown up at camp. He's playing his fucking games again.

The NFL is tough to predict before the season starts, it usually takes a few games to get a feel for each team.. Here are some sleeper teams that might make a run Ravens, Texans..

If Favre comes back the Vikings will be super dangerous..

they know before hand , if a injury happens, they have 2 or 3 teams on backup so it doesn't look too rigged ...

Saints lasted long enough last year that the nfl chose them..

I agree that it's all rigged, but I like to watch anyway. I guess maybe it has something to due with me growing up a wrestling fan. Let's go Colts. My pick, however, is the Denver Broncos, just for Denver Airport conspiracies and all.

Houston Texans. They had the Colts beat twice last year and lost both due to missed field goals. They now have a new kicker, Rackers (formerly of Arizona). Their one weakness has been the running game; however I'm somewhat optimistic. Steve Slaton had a 'sophomore slump' and was injured last season, and they drafted Ben Tate from Auburn. Defensively, they're very good although they'll miss Brian Cushing due to suspension for a few weeks.

My point is; if you give the Texans the three wins their kicker cost them (two of them against the Colts), you have this scenario last season:

Colts 12-4 (two wins transferred to Texans)
Texans 12-4 (three wins in place of kicker-caused losses)

Had this happened, the TEXANS would have won the division last year instead of the COLTS.

My point is; they're not that far off from being a competitive and championship-caliber team.

And at the end of the season, the Texans beat the Patriots by finally learning how to finish games; at the same time learning they could play with anyone and beat anyone.

I'm optimistic about the Texans this season; I do think they'll win the AFC South, and I do think they will match up well against the other potential AFC playoff teams, which I think will be (in no particular order):

Colts
Jets
Chargers
Broncos
Texans
Patriots
Ravens

Possible teams on the bubble: Steelers, Bengals, Titans

Plus, Super Bowl 45 is in DALLAS; karma has a way of working in funny ways. The TEXANS in the Super Bowl would have a definite home-state advantage.

I could easily see a Texans/Saints Super Bowl.

Sorry, Cowboys fans....there has never been a team to play the Super Bowl in their home stadium. NEVER. There have been several teams that were in the playoffs the year their home stadium hosted the Super Bowl (Miami/Marino, 49ers/Montana, etc.) but they never got to the big game at home.

49ers suck? They've improved each of the last 4 seasons, and this year are even better than last.

9ers will take their division this year, and make a nice run in the playoff.
