You will feel you have the right to slap her back, but you are the man...don't.

One (male or female) simply cannot go around in a civilized society striking other people. Yes, but we also can make the choice not to retaliate. We could make that choice, but it's unproductive. Rules, boundaries, and limitations in life. You don't hit me, and I won't hit you. One cannot have 50 % of the population thinking it is ok to initiate violence on another human being. And I know most women would not initiate this type of violence, or men. It's just those minority of people who need to understand that their are consequences for raising their hands to others to do violence. I am not advocating violence--from women or from men. You are right to say that if you don't hit me, I won't hit you, but that works only some of the time. A man is a lot stronger than a woman, he can seriously hurt her, he can explore other options besides striking her back.
