We could make that choice, but it's unproductive.
Rules, boundaries, and limitations in life.
You don't hit me, and I won't hit you.
One cannot have 50 % of the population thinking it is ok to initiate violence on another human being.
And I know most women would not initiate this type of violence, or men. It's just those minority of people who need to understand that their are consequences for raising their hands to others to do violence.

It's never happened to me, but I know I would hit back. It's my natural reaction, having grown up fighting. It would all be over before I could even consider options. Sort of like pulling your hand away from a hot stove; no thought involved, just reaction. Maybe people who are martial arts experts would understand. And it's a learning experience for her. She might think twice before ever trying that again, and maybe gain from the experience. I have seen women who have done that, and got hit in return; the look on their face was certainly one of, " I better not do that shit again". Agree to disagree then. Cheers AC Germany  Alrighty.
