Real Housewives Real Celebrities, Real Trouble?
Anyone familiar with the story of Joe & Teresa on Real Housewives of NJ?
They tried to write-off 11 million in bankrupcy, but got caught hiding assets because they happen to be on a reality
tv program.
The dilema now is what happens to this family?
They could be in a hella real life trouble.
Legally, they should be in jail. But people don't want to see a family with little kids prosecuted like that.
And then there's Lohan--- a menace on the road. Repeat offender, our county jails are full with people who've done way less than she has.
In the first case, I wonder if its all a set-up to make an example out of them, or just a big screw up on the part of the famewhores not knowing how much info. is available online?
If they get bailed out, people are not going to be happy.
We don't have debtor's prisons, but they've been accused of hiding assets on a bankrupcy filing.
How is this story going to end/

Those idiots prove every bad thing I have heard about Jersey. It's a national embarrassment, that dump. No wonder NYC wants nothing to do with them.

From ED TV (1999)

I feel that Ed (TV) is the apotheosis of a prevailing American syndrome. It used to be that someone became famous because they were special. Now people are considered special just for being famous. Fame, itself, is now a moral good in this country. It's its own virtue.

Yeah i remember Teresa saying living in someone else's house is gross. That is why they were building their own palatial mansion.
