A democrat/socialist friend of mine today explained to me that just 5% of the people in this country now own 100% of the farmland.
He said that farmland should be siezed by the state and turned into communal collective farms.
This would allow people to leave the congested cities and live blissful rural lives working on state owned collective farms.
That many humans with hoes can do the work now being done by polluting tractors that destroy the earth.
He told me to imagine sitting around a campfire after a hard days honest work on the farm, singing, laughing with the other workers. A carefree life the way nature intended instead of being penned up in some office cubical in a high stress city job.
