The better response would be to go the any farmer and say "I know Permaculture and I can make more money from 5 of your 1000 gazillion acres then you make on 1" and have a bet. If you make more then him in after 3 years...you get as much land as you want (no more then you need to make enough money to spend most of your time hanging out with your friends and family).
No stealing, betting you have a better design system. Simple. Permaculture is sweeping the 3rd world...
