Pakistan Floods: Weather Wars ELF Operation

Anyone else wondering if the huge flooding rains in NE Pakistan might be a HAARP induced ELF alteration of the atmosphere. After all that region is where all the Al CIA duh and Taliban terrorists are hiding out in the caves of this mountainous region. The population of the area is now largely displaced and most of them refugees fleeing the devastation. Their crops and farms are now destroyed rendering them unable to support the rebel terrorists with food and shelter. Seems like it could have been a brilliant but evil stealth technology assault on the civilian population that is way more effective than boots on the ground.
