i always thought that the dollor going up and down was just a revenue control.

for example, when the dollar goes up, then people put there cash where its cheaper in europe.

when the dollar goes down, they put it here in US so we sell more goods and/or get money in stock market....

so it seems like the dollar going down is a good thing....just means we are putting ourselves on sale so to speak.....

i guess thats one idiots way of looking at it.

unfortunately, correct. except for the DOW doom part, because there would have to be a huge trigger for the stock markets to collapse, and the people controlling these markets also control all the triggers. so it becomes a question of WILL these controllers decide a collapse is needed, or just a slow deterioration over many years.

the pundits you hear on all those youtube clips nearly all favor the collapse scenario, but i am a contrarian for the most part and so i say nope.

but of course i could be wrong....
